How long will it take?

The duration of therapy depends on many factors. In the event of a crisis, a few crisis intervention sessions may be sufficient: to review, to assess the situation more objectively, to look for solutions, or simply to lay down a heavy burden. Simpler behavioral problems and psychological disorders require short, 10-15 days of therapy sessions. However, deep-rooted personality problems require a longer period of time. The length of therapy, like its other features, is decided together, primarily by the needs and demands of the patient.

What does therapeutic alliance mean?

At the beginning of the therapy, during the first interview - which covers up to three sessions - we explore the problems, discuss the essence of the therapy and conclude a typically verbal therapy contract. In this contract, we clarify the content and duration of the therapy, as well as our mutual commitments.

When do I have to pay?

Payment is made after the therapy session via electronic invoices about which the patient receives an email notification.

Where does the therapy take place?

The personal psychotherapy sessions take place in Nemesvámos, in the solely used and owned property of mine. Undisturbance, tranquility and use of the bathroom is ensured. There is no waiting time as a result of the prior organization.

Is there an option for online therapy?

Yes, in this case, the therapy sessions take place using the free Zoom application.

Can documents be managed on the internet?

All documents - including patient documentation, information sheets and data protection documents - are handled electronically.  

Do I need special preparation?

Psychotherapy does not require special preparation. In the case of online therapies, it is important to ensure proper internet connection.
